Tracking DigAlerts in Lucity

Would anyone like to share some tips or advice on how to track DigAlerts in Lucity? I currently work with Lucity to manage the work scheduled/completed with city trees. However, the division is currently tracking DigAlert information in a separate Excel spreadsheet and so I am trying to consolidate all the information in Lucity. Any feedback is appreciated.

Susie- I believe that the "Utility Locates" function would be best for tracking the DigAlert records. If you need to carry over the information you can use the Import & Update tool to bring in the records from excel to Lucity.
