Susie- I believe that the "Utility Locates" function would be best for tracking the DigAlert records. If you need to carry over the information you can use the Import & Update tool to bring in the records from excel to Lucity. Tracking DigAlerts in Lucity
Would anyone like to share some tips or advice on how to track DigAlerts in Lucity? I currently work with Lucity to manage the work scheduled/completed with city trees. However, the division is currently tracking DigAlert information in a separate Excel spreadsheet and so I am trying to consolidate all the information in Lucity. Any feedback is appreciated.
