We are just beginning our implementation of Lucity and want to ensure the data will flow into other enterprise systems such as payroll. Our timekeeping system is fairly complex: 45 shift codes to include night differential, comp time, military leave, family sick leave, etc. At any given time we have a number of "temporary assignments" where an employee is paid at the rate of the vacant position (normally filling in for an absent supervisor). Overtime must be qualified with one of 30 codes describing the reason for the OT.
Our current CMMS system is fully interfaced with the enterprise payroll system so there is no double-entry. We look to do the same with Lucity.
Was curious to see how others might be integrating their timekeeping functions.
