Offline Troubleshooting Reports

There are a number of reports that make it easier to troubleshoot issues with taking Lucity Mobile offline.  The reports are found in Lucity Web in the Admin Portal in the Admin Reports section.

  • Offline Dashboard Data Summary – this shows which frames and plugins are marked to go offline for each user and how many records that will include (this applies to Work Orders and Requests)
  • Views Marked for Offline – this shows which views and child grids are marked for offline based on the checkboxes in the View Builder in Lucity Admin
  • Views Offline Due to Dashboards – this shows which views are marked for offline based on the frame being marked to go offline in the Dashboard
